Fall programming at the Stryker Branch Library has started! The library will offer several weekly programs for kids to enjoy. On Mondays the library will hold Panther Pals, an afterschool program for 3rd and 4th grades, from 3:15 to 4:00 pm. The program will offer a different activity each week. There will be crafts, games, cooking, stories, snacks, games and fun. If your child is attending this weekly program, please notify the library of any food allergies. Panther Kidz is an afterschool program for grades kindergarten through 2nd grade. There will be a variety of activities for the children to enjoy! The program will be held weekly on Tuesdays at 3:15 pm. Stories, crafts, games, cooking, snacks and fun! Each Wednesday from 3:15 to 4:00 pm, the library will hold Read 2 Me. Children will choose a book to read to staff member or a volunteer for 10 minute intervals. A special reward will be given to each reader when they are done at the end of their reading session. This program encourages a one on one reading time with children. The Stryker Branch Library is located at 304 South Defiance Street.
