Local History Center Open House & Dickens Village Viewing

Warm up after the Bryan Santa Arrival Parade, by visiting the WCPL Local History Center Open House on Friday, November 25th! Stop in once the parade is over for hot chocolate, cookies, and to view our Dickens Village. The large collection is made up of many pieces, 180 of which were generously donated to Williams County Public Library by Bryan resident, Linda Miller. Some of the featured pieces include Big Ben, the famous Globe Theater, Ebenezer Scrooge’s house, and of course a library, along with many more. You may even get the chance to meet Charles Dickens himself! Before leaving, pick up the special edition, "Picturing the Past" 2023 Local History Center calendar, filled with historic Williams County photos from our archives!
