Main Library - Bryan Summer Reading

The Bryan Main Library Children’s Department invites area children to take part in “Build a Better World” for the summer reading programs of 2017. Sign up for summer reading will begin on Monday, June 05.  Stories, games, activities, music and special visitors will all be included in this summer’s fun. Programs run from June 12 through July 26.

Themed Story Times (June 6 – July 25) **
Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. and again at 6:30 p.m.
For ages 0-6

Edgerton Summer Reading

Story Times, Crafts, Snacks, and Fun Programs await you at the Edgerton Library this summer! All programs will start at 1:00 pm, unless otherwise noted.  The Edgerton Branch Library is located at 319 North Michigan Avenue.  For more information about the summer reading programs or to register, call Shanea Herman at 419-298-3230.​

Edon Branch Library Summer Reading will begin June 07. There will be many exciting events to attend!

Story Time & Special Activities (June 7 – July 25)
Wednesdays at 12:30

Family Movie (June 9 – July 28)
Fridays at 1:00 p.m.
Snacks provided! (children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult)

Special Programs (all begin at 1:00 p.m.)

Pioneer Summer Reading

Our program will begin on Monday, June 10 and end on July 24, 2013. 

To start off summer reading at Pioneer library, kids will have an opportunity to learn about energy and electricity.  Northwestern Electric will provide an energy bike demonstration, a high voltage demonstration, and a tabletop demonstration at 1:00 pm on June 10, 17, and 24th respectively.  

Tuesdays in June and July at 1:00 pm will bring fun activities that are in keeping with this year’s theme, “Dig into Reading,” including Farming Fun, Dinos-R-Us. Pirate Plunder, Team Tactics, The Great Gold Rush, and Making History.  

Theme related activities will also be held on Wednesdays at 1:00 pm including: In the Garden, Big Machines, Dirt on Dirt, and Hungry Ant.
